Do I need to take a estrogen blocker at the end of the month of taking it. Thanks for your help. I am 26 by the way.

Nope
I just am taking it to give me an extra boost after a hecktic and stressful time in my life. Just need a pick-me-up.

What brand of DHEA are you taking? The oral bioavailability of DHEA sucks balls. Are you taking Dermacrine? If not you are wasting money on oral DHEA. If so 4 weeks of Derma could be followed up by 4 weeks of Sustain Alpha, but it is not really necessary imo.

for a little energy boost dhea is alittle over the top and has alot of sides...just get some redline or hydroxycut w/ novedex xt and superpump by gaspari nutrition. thatll do the trick. trust!:)

7-keto-DHEA seems to be a better compound than DHEA especially as an anti catabolic and helps in some many other way, especially as an anti-aging element. Check out this article I found regarding both DHEA and 7-keto-DHEA: DHEA article by James South Maybe EddyMerc or Tatyana can give us some of their insight?

Took DHEA when I was younger and actually felt it was somewhat harmful (felt it contributed to hair loss).
7-Keto-DHEA always seemed to be much better. 7-Keto is also rumored to be thermogenic.
I know TwinLab used to make a 7-Keto product. Who knows of a cheap source for 7-Keto now?
I wouldnt mind taking it again.
Check this site out (and buy a cap-m-qwik machine):

&-Keto is the stuff I have been taking and it's the one made by Twinlab. It's a bit pricey but I have no complaints about the product. The reason I started taking it was because of it's thermogenic properties which I read about in Nelson Montana's book. The studies showing the article I posted are all done on the elderly and at the end of the article, the person who wrote it said that it should start to be taken once one is one's 30's to see the benifits of the increase in DHEA-S.

i read that 7-keto- DHEA doesnt increase either estrogen nor testosterone, although it decreases testosterone, is this true?

I tried Twin-Labs 7-keto DHEA and liked it. I read about how little is actually bioavailable in any oral DHEA so I just purchased some Dermacrine along along with Sustain. I am looking forward to see how this works out. Anyone else trying Dermacrine?
