it would DEFFINATLY have to be this dorky bullshitter that was on the local newstalk shot last night.
he was claiming to be MR.Health....etc....
ppl were calling in asking him about protein shakes, and he was advising them not to get them, that they should be able to comsume more then enough food to equal 1.5G's of protein per KG!!!
he was saying how its unnessesary... bla bla bla...and the only thing he knew how to say, was " green tea". he was asked how much of each sertain food should be consumed, didn't have a rats ass of a clue to how much a daily intake would require!
then they had some tubby dude beside him talking about DIETING!.... not generalized dieting,.. his OWN! like anyone would give a fuck!? how if he eats white bread he gains alot of weight,... they never mentioned anything about how many calories one should have, what are good foods, other then fish, and nuts! there was alot more they talked about i was getting so mad, i had to change the channel because there are alot of dedicated ppl out there looking for good advice, and they have this chouda-nibbler talking B.S!
Secondly... i dont know about you guys, but i saw theres this new weight loss POS out. some kinda little trampoline? claims that 20mins a day will tone you up..............you know the deal! and you get a nifty little carrying case for it too! Holy Overies BAtMan!!
