i've been doin some research lately and have been looking for a few other supplements to add to a future anavar cycle. i'm looking to lower my bf to extremes while still gaining strength and increasing my speed/vertical jump. i'm not doin this to get huge, i'm doin it to stay light and nimble while getting stronger. does anyone have any ideas. here are my thoughts:
1. people have talked some about Kynoselen. i'm still pretty unsure about this and i hear that the injections are painful. i have, however, heard a few great remarks about the compound's ability to help with sprinting and speed in general. this is why i think i may look into it more. it is also supposedly a mild anabolic and decent anti-catabolic. i would appreciate any first-hand advice anyone has on this.
2. yohimbe/yohmbine hcl/yohimburn. i have taken the regular cheap yohimbe tablets before and didn't notice much. i've heard the the actual yohimbine tablets are much more potent though, but don't know where to find them. i think i remember it as being a decent anti-catabolic and somewhat of an anti-e, but i could be completely wrong (correct me if i am). yohimburn also interests me but it just seems weird and a little "too good to be true" if you can rub lotion on your skin and have it zap the fat away. but hey, i've heard good things and will give it a try. if anyone has any advice on this, i would also love to hear it.
3. clenbuterol & eca. this should help me ensure maximum fat loss (w/diet and a little cardio). if anyone has any advice on the dosage and how to cycle these two effectively, i'd appreciate it.
4. creatine. i've heard about the amazing things that anavar and creatine can accomplish when combined. all i need to know is which creatine is best for the job? i've seen a certain type of effervescent creatine mentioned as being a very good example. anyone have one they prefer?
after that, i'm not really sure about everything else. of course, i'm already taking a good multivitamin and i have my diet in check already. any other things i should consider? any advice at all? thanks guys!
