Ideal cycle for increasing athleticism.

I know it sounds goofy to cycle in order to improve your golf game. But, I have found that the training I have done in the past has not adequately prepared me for the game. I seem to have some serious imbalances. I know that this board will think its pretty lame to do Core workouts. But, it seems that this is what I may need to alleviate my weakpoints (lower back, abductor, aductor sp, abs..etc) But, if my intention was purely to increase the performance of those muscles that are lacking.. what would be the ideal cycle?? If for example, deca, eq, tren (multi esther), test (enth and cyp) were all available what would be the ideal cycle/dosage?? Thanks for your help!

lame core workouts wtf? Core workouts r just as important as anything else man.Do this do some agility drills this will get you in focus with your body comeplty. And active. Take TEST E get some test E some PROVIRON and some EQ. That is a good cycle I am doing it now. I chose these 3 because of the increased STAMINA and LEAN gains with EQ. Test E because its self explanitroy. And proviron for an a estrogen blocker and sirations beacuse I was already a low BF.Eat right.Do workouts. you can find training article on here about core exercise check those out. =D

Pretty good advice PB. Golf is so much of a skill game it's hard to figure the benefits of AAS applied. My experience is that I can hit it farther out of bounds than I used to. My yardage on my drives increased by about 30-50 yds, over the last 2-3 years. The improved strength did not help my short game, especially during a cycle. Just try to sink a 2 foot putt for $50 when you're on tren. You'll be lucky to keep it on the green.

lol Thanks for the input. It has just been so long that I have been in the game. I was the guy shrugging 6-7 plates on each side and leg pressing 1400 lbs.. That was a decade ago. My priorities have changed. I am now trying to correct imbalances and increase flexibility.. I intend to do a marathon of lessons. Typically, I would be sore for days after golfing 18 holes.. or too sore to golf by keeping up my workouts. I want to get back into top shape and be able to handle the marathon of lessons that I intend to take.

No b.s. get into yoga. I was so stiff and injury prone from years of heavy lifting, martial arts, rugby, football. I thought I was done after my last back injury. I got into yoga 30 minutes 3x a week. It has GREATLY improved my flexibility which has improved my jiu jitsu. This along with some test will have you feeling great and will improve you recovery which makes training so much more fun!!

Yeah. Yoga has helped me. The problem is that I travel constantly and its hard (and expensive) to float between yoga places..

Wack? Roids arent just about the vanity of looking like sta-puf marshmallow man. There is actually some legitimate therapeutic uses that can improve your standard of living, increase your well-being by alleviating imbalances.. (as well as looking good)
