Ideal blend of protein (proteinfactory)

I saw the prices on proteinfactory and considered how much protein powders cost here in UK I was thinking that if I bought a relatively big quantity it'd be still cheaper to buy it from there than from the shop here.

Of course, they want to know what kind of blend you want, so I wanted to ask advice to all of you to know what kind of blend is the best. I guess it should probably be whey isolate for after training and a blended one for in between meals. What kind of blend would you advise for in between meals? Should I order 3 jars?: 1) pure whey (isolate?) for after workout, 2) pure casein for bedtime, 3) a blended one

all your advices and ideas are welcome

:D you're right about the isolate for after training, but I guess you should ask how much money you're willing to spend, if your trying to be economical I would use 60% wpc, 30% casein and 10% egg, if you can afford the best then I would make it 40% cfm, 20% mpi, 20% egg 10%casein and 10% 520-wph fortified with glutamine peptides and aminogen, this would rock but I'm afraid it would be a bit costly old chum.

Personally i think you should look into egg protein... I believe its more effective than whey... and may be a little easier on your wallet, as well..

I haven't got a clue of the price difference; there's quite a bit of calculation to do. I think I'll ask them.
I guess the biggest expense would be the shipping.

Whats the best combo that would compare to TripleThreat protien. That product is damn good, but I just need something that i can take on the side, that is comparable until I get my next paycheck.

soy protein (high glutamine content) casainate (slower digestion, good amino profile) and wpc (good post workout) are all you should need.

whey protien is already an isolated source of protein that absorbs very fast, post workout your body will be able to use it very efficiently (as long as you got the carbs to go with it!!) hydrolyzed and isolates yatta yatta yatta, sure it's good but not worth the extra money. do you really think that that would make one bodybuilder look better on stage than another? hmmmm.

take care.

Blended, if using casein the protein will stay in your system approximately 4-6 hours, if it's pure whey then it is out of your system in about 2 hours.
