I'd just like to say something without beating a dead horse...

I know this has been all done and said, but I finally got updated and am aware of what transpired between some board members and High Intensity.

I have to admit that I don't completely agree with what High Intensity did, but he has apologized for his actions and was a big man in doing so. I always appreciate a guy who recognizes his faults and steps up to the plate by making amends. However, a few posts later and people are still ripping on him while he bites his lip.

Now, these comments were disguised as harmless pokes but I know that they sting. I'd like to see this whole situation stay dead. I'm just trying to remain neutral but I won't stay silent if I see anyone start poking more fun at him no matter how vague it may be. This may seem counter-productive by dredging it back up, but I want to show my support. HI is an upstanding member who lends a helping hand whenever possible. We're all here for the better of your sport, health and fitness, so let's all be civil. Thanks guys.

I'm sorry if it was offensive for I was unaware of what was going on. I tend to poke at people's sensetive spots! I just want to right that wrong.

By the way, I LOVE american crew hair gel. Their shampoo and conditioner sucks, though.
