ICQ experts

I can't seem to figure out how to register with ICQ while behind a firewall, anyone had any experience with this. The website isn't helping.

goto Start .... then run ...... type in command ... then type netstat .......... this is while u r connected. somewhere it shoudl display the name of the server u r running through, also the port in which u r on .... eg

wwwcach2.chicken.ac.uk port 9020

failing that ask your network administrator..... its the only way.
