I Have Been Using Ice To Make The Injection Area Numb Prior To Injection, I Dont Feel A Thing...does Anyone Else Do This, If Not You Should Give It Try, Leave It On For About 5 - 10 Min, Works Great.

If you have to use ice to numb an injection spot then you should not be taking gear! It amazes me what some people come up with I mean really ice for pain!

never done it bro. i did a quad inject on monday and i pulled the skin back (made it tight) poked through, it slid right in and not an ounce of pain. just suck it up bro, in the time it takes you to get the spot numb, you could have already swabbed your site down, poked, injected, and cleaned up. waiste of time.
