1ml 1cc is around 22drops. usually one good squeeze of the bulb gives u 1cc... drop it into a small cup of gatorade, or your protein shake, it tastes like rocket fuel you will not like it.

Don't bother with the dropper, use a syringe. You don't have to do it under the tongue either, I try and get it as far back into my throat as possible so the less I have to taste it on my tongue.
