i just got my first cycle in and what i got is clen and anvar. I was told to run clen for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off then repeat one more time, but i was told you have to take 7 a day is this true. Then after my clen is done im going to run anvar for 8 weeks at 72 mg a day, and my question is do i have to take nolva with anvar, i now have to do clomid afterwards. I would like also to hear what kind of gains i would get i weigh 210 im 5'10, 14 percent bf, and my diet is good. THANKS GUYS ELITE FITNESS ROCKS
