I've been lurking around these boards and doing as much research as possible, but now I need to ask some opinions here.
I'm 6'0", 200 lbs, 26yrs old.
I used to work out consistently in high school and college, but for the last couple of years I've been a lazy bitch.
So it's been 3 weeks that I've said hell no, I won't let this go any further. I've been working out again, and stopped eating shitty foods. My only problem is balancing everything out so I can ultimately lose the gut, and build some nice muscle.
So please offer me any advice you can. I've already been cutting carbs out of my diet, and sort of doing the atkins/ ckd diet, but I'm still trying to understand it all.
I've read the ckd manual, and the only concern I have is the use of ephedrine. I used to take it back in high school, but I don't like the stuff. So can I try ckd without it, or will there be less benefit.
I'll start with this first, but there's many more questions.
Please offer any other advice/suggestions for me,
Thanks!
