Yeah so I just tried to be creative and put some peanut butter in my protein shake (which I make with water and already tastes crappy in the first place)....I've never tasted something so disgusting in my life....
I may have to start investing in some Triple Threat
If I make my shakes with yogurt and ice cream it kinda defeats the purpose of the shake in the first place....I might as well hit Baskin Robbins up for a Mint Chocolate Chip shake....
Can I lick the clumps once you do? They tend to have the highest protien content compared to the strying foamy stuff. Gotta get my protein in one way or the other
I generally mix my shakes with pb and heavy whipping cream, adds some extra fat and makes the shake a little more fillin. BTW HighIntensity, you need fat in your diet and PB is a great source of EFAs.
