what kind of soup is good to eat on a regular basis,so sometimes i can replace a carb with soup? any suggestions on good low carb soups besides lentil soup?

Lentil soup is low carb? I thought that lentils have a lot of carbs. Anyway, how about chicken vegetable, without too many carrots.

The only good soup is the kind you make yourself. Most soups have way too much sodium in them.
