I was in Kentucky Fried Chicken today and I noticed this guy kind of smirking at me from another booth. He must have been about mid 30's, white male, somewhat well kept looking but could have easily fallen on hard times. Anyway, my girlfriend, her friend and I all walked out of KFC. This man approached us asking us if we could spare $1.25 for the bus. Me, being polite, told him that I did not have 1.25 and my gf and her friends said the same thing.

He starts throwing out the f word left and right and getting all irritated as he was walking away... so I was like

"hey buddy, kill yourself"

I got into it verbally with a dude at work a couple of years ago...I ended the argument with "Dude...the only answer for you is suicide".

i've found that ignoring that kind of person is better than acknowledging their existence, everytime i sit down in a bar or a restaurant i get half a dozen guys trying to sell me all sorts of crap, it gets past the point of being annoying so rather than respond i've taught myself to completely blank them......it takes a bit of practice but they get the message

if they make physical contact then that's different
