I think I'm getting gyno, need advice

I've been getting some nipple soreness and feeling small lumps under my nipples, and as of the last few days, I can see/feel some fat deposits at my chest. From what I can gather on another thread, I need to get some anti-estrogens immediately, but don't know how to get them without a prescription and without getting scammed. Should I see a doctor right away and tell him what I've been doing? I sure as hell don't want this on my medical history, but I don't want tits either.

Background---I started a Test Enanthate 200mg/wk cycle last month, did 4 consecutive weeks until my supply ran out. My local guy didn't come through like he promised, I placed an order from an overseas supplier and got scammed...whatever the reason, I ran out.

It's been two and a half weeks since my last injection and I noticed the symptoms a few days ago.

I went to GNC yesterday and got T-Bomb http://www.nicemuscle.com/t-bomb-ii-186200.htm and Gaspari Novedex XT http://gasparinutrition.com/products/novedex-xt/index.php but I have little faith in any of the promises from over-the-counter supplements.

I did test a few years ago and didn't have any problems like this. I am 36 years old, 6 ft tall, 220 lbs.

I just discovered this site a few weeks ago and have been reading up as much as I can. I know I did things wrong with not planning the cycle correctly, and I never heard of anti-estrogens before this site. What's done is done. I need to fix the problem now.

If u r feeling lumps & soreness I would go with letro. As far as where to get it I can't help u there. A doctor maybe a good choice for u if u can't get any. IMO u need to aggressively treat gyno at first sign.

You need Letrozole (Femara) bro. You can get it at AG Guys or Aura Pharmaceuticals and many other places. Probably AG would be quicker. Order some Nolve while you are at it. Take the Letro first, then when the swelling subsides, take the Nolva through your cycle. Or you can just continue the Letro. Worked for me.

How is this taken? It looks like it has an eyedropper on the bottle, so I'm assuming it's not injected. I couldn't find any directions on the AG site.

Anything else I can do until this stuff gets here? Ice, heat, compress, a fucking girdle? I'll do just about anything to minimize this shit in the meantime.

AIFM is a gimmick. Just buy the ATD, and DHEA separately - a lot cheaper- works just as well. You can get the later at Walmart for practically nothing.

If you are really in a pinch this is real old school but has worked in an emergency for others I know, at least until your shit gets to you try a 21mg nicotine patch every 8 hrs. It will make you dizzy as shit probably unless you smoke or chew. Nicotine is a natural AI. Don't do it long term though. Be prepared if you are a former smoker though to maybe crave a smoke but it beats having tits IMO.

Not to bust your balls but you need to learn from this experience. Have what you need BEFORE you start a cycle. Nuf said.

Ive heard nothing but good thing with the OTC GASAPARI NOVADEX if you MUST use OTC methods.

I was going to post an update---I've been taking the Gaspari Novadex and the T-Bomb over the last few days (6 tabs of Gaspari and 6 tabs T-Bomb in the morning, same at night), and it's making a noticable difference 4 days later. Soreness and bumps are 85% gone, and the swelling is down.

The Gaspari bottle says no more than 4 per day, the T-Bomb says 6 per day...but they are herbal supplements that don't work anyway, right?

One other thing I discovered is that I was unknowingly feeding myself 6 times as much salt by switching brands of meat sauce for my chicken that I eat 5 times a day---I cut that shit out and am back to my old brand of sauce. I must have been retaining water like crazy, but I normally don't retain water at my chest.

I'll take the other AG stuff when it comes in, but this OTC stuff actually made a difference.
