back to the thingy at hand, i really hate when that mirror falls off, i hate pulling out in front of ppl in 2 lanes...and getting the finger and stuff

You can easily repair it yourself. Go to an auto parts store and look for a little tube of adhesive stuff they sell for repairing your rearview mirror. In 10 minutes your mirror will be back on the window. I don't remember what the adhesive it called.

This is why science should find a way that it never gets that hot outside. Or else you can move to a cooler climate.

As for the mirror nvrbuffenough_girl has it right. They sell glass epoxy at most auto stores for just such an occurrance.

Where I come from, I quess it doesn't get hot enough to melt a rear-view mirror's adhesive off a window.
