yeah but you're lean as hell though. I'm at 264, and i don't know what my bodyfat is. calipers say 18%, bioelectric says about 24%. Either way, im hoping to get down to 230 someday.

I think its just the way my shoulders are largely built and taper down. i have large shoulders, about 62", 55" chest, 43" waist.

thanks. I'm ashamed to say it but i ballooned up to 302 by mid-june, so i started dieting using low fat (i hate low carb). I've lost 6.5" on my waist so far, and if i can get another 7" off that will put my stats at about 60" shoulders, 54" chest & 37" waist.
