I puked, retake my var?

I took 40mg var at 9:30am and then at 12:00 I puked. I assume the var is in the toilet, should I retake the 40mg of var? Maybe split the baby and take 20mg?

For anyone interested I puked because I took 200mg of zinc forgetting they're 50mg tabs not 10mg. I used to have 10mg, oh well. Anyone that has had zinc toxicity knows what it feels like.

The zinc probably made you puke. But I would split the var anyhow so take 20 tonight then 20 tomorrow morning - thats what I would do.

Take something to calm your stomach down and neutralized the PH, then you can take the anavar.

Hold on i took too much zinc this week. Thats what it must of been. I bought soem from gnc..and it way 300% or RDV in 1 pill i took 3 in 1 day. I felt a heartburn sensation and nasty feeling in chest..and wanted to puke..i was thinkig thats what it was now im sure. Damn i hope i havent done any dammage...?

it is highly unlikely that your vomited up your pill, 2.5 hours is a long time, it would all be absorbed in the small intestine by then, and in circulation/metabolism, i would not retake the dose of medication, I would be suprized if you found a pill of that type in your vomit 30 minutes after you took it.

yes 900% of daily value is enough to make you feel terrible. I think I just did like 1800%

Zinc is helpful but you REALLY gotta watch doseage.

I dont think so, I think if you are deficient in zinc you lose your libido. So some people get a boost, but only if you are not eating well.

Try splitting the dosage and take it in the middle of a meal with water.
