I Need YOUR Advice......Fellow BB's Please Read

Hey all, i do not post very often, i mostly read. I've been around for awhile, now i'm asking for a little help. I do not compete professionally nor do i plan on doing so, having said that, i do love the art of bodybuilding. Now to the point of my post:
In the past i've done many bulking cycles, I was always obsessed with bulking. I've never done a cutting cycle or any weight loss programs. I am a rookie when it comes to this. The time as come that i feel i want to slim down and loose all of the fat that i have gained over the past years. I am not obeised by any means, just looking to loose roughly 20lbs of fat. I'm thinking spread out over the next 16 weeks. How possible is this? Is this a realistic goal?

This is what i have to work with: (not to worry about amounts, i have ample amounts)

Test Prop
Test Cyp
Deca
Eq
T3
Clen
ECA

I'm guessing i'll drop down to a max. of 3000 cal daily with:
250g protein/80g fat/280g carbs.
Cardio daily at approx 30 min.

LikeI said i've never had any intrest in slimming down in the past, so i am new at this. Give a brother a helping hand if you can.

the winny will definitely help retain muscle mass while dieting and i would recommend some kind of test in the stack. IMO, i would do it something like this:

wk 1-10: 400mg cyp every 4 days
ECA stack
25 min high intensity interval cardio

wk 6-12: add 50mg ED winny to the above

Diet is very inportant, as well as taking in ample water (more water drank = less water retained and more water lost). I don't know how much you weigh, but i'm guessing you don't have enough protein in your diet (1-1.5 grams/pound of body weight) and IMO your protein intake should be greater than your carb intake while trying to cut.

that's just my take on it, i know it's probably not the best, but it's probably the way i would go.

Like yourself, the majority of the cycles I've done have been "bulking" cycles. Over the summer I wanted to make a goal to get as lean as possible. I did a Test/Fina/Winny/EQ cycle and it may have been the best cycle I've ever done. I ate fairly clean all cycle and did cardio 4 to 5 times a week. I didn't use any additional fat burning supplements.

Using that stack along with the clean diet and cardio the fat melted off and I put on lots of quality muscle as well. The Fina works wonders and if you haven't used it before this would be a great time to try it.

Try a 50% protein, 30% Carb, 20% fat diet this works great with gear. At 3000 cals, that's 375g of protein, 225g of carbs and 67g of fat.
