Hey all, i do not post very often, i mostly read. I've been around for awhile, now i'm asking for a little help. I do not compete professionally nor do i plan on doing so, having said that, i do love the art of bodybuilding. Now to the point of my post:
In the past i've done many bulking cycles, I was always obsessed with bulking. I've never done a cutting cycle or any weight loss programs. I am a rookie when it comes to this. The time as come that i feel i want to slim down and loose all of the fat that i have gained over the past years. I am not obeised by any means, just looking to loose roughly 20lbs of fat. I'm thinking spread out over the next 16 weeks. How possible is this? Is this a realistic goal?
This is what i have to work with: (not to worry about amounts, i have ample amounts)

Test Prop
Test Cyp
Deca
Eq
T3
Clen
ECA
I'm guessing i'll drop down to a max. of 3000 cal daily with:
250g protein/80g fat/280g carbs.
Cardio daily at approx 30 min.
