My day was so suck ass & stressful that I managed to pull my back again (after 6 weeks of very productive chiropractic work on it) by slouching in a chair during a monumentally wasteful project meeting. So I go to my chiro tonite for my appt and he says my large back muscles, neck, etc are all great - relaxed, great range of motion, etc. But my lower left side is holding all sorts of stress down deep.
Fuck. Couldn't even train tonite.
Hope you find the aspirin man.
I'm looking for someting a little stronger.
