Its neccessary to prevent loss of muscle mass. Otherwise you will begin burning more muscle than fat more times than not, and obviously thats not what youre aiming to do.

Keep your protein intake high. Roughly 2 grams per pound of bodyweight. :coffee:

F' that! I'm on an bulker and love it. I could care less how I look at the beach, it's about gettin big...ans staying safe. Period.

Just search and read all the shit in the diet forum dood... make a diet, with all the numbers, then come back here and post it... ok?

no..they are necessary whether bulking of cutting.

I really don't think you should worry to much about getting cut. I think, for you, it's much more important to take a class in the English language and learn how to use punctuation.

And by the way this is good advice!!

Never cut down your protein intake... it's the building blocks of muscle. If anything pay closer attention to teh nutritional assay and find a power that is low in fat and carbs.

When I'm dieting, I typically use Nectar - 0 carbs, 0 fat. 24g of protein per serving. There are plenty of them out there...

Sorry but they are more then deserving....
