In three months i'm going on vacation. Currently, i'm 15 pounds overweight and total out of shape. If anyone out there has advice on supplements, workout routines and a proper diet, it would be much apresheated.(no AAS) I was looking into Creatine and Xenadrine, but I have no idea. My goal is to be physically fit in three months.

dont have time for a more detailed reply, but i will tell you this, calories in must be less than calories burned. that is the main key to slimming down. give you some more help later when i have more time. good luck.

do cardio in the am before you eat. weight train 3 or 4 days a week, follow a simple routine, caffeine will help a lot too. if your taking caffeine dont do creatine. chose one or the other. eat a clean diet and limit your carbs but dont cut them out completely, veggies.

MHP "TRAC" - Thoughts on the product

I just bought my first bottle, any tips on the best way to use this product and your thoughts about the product....???

I'm not sure creatine would be a good supp to help you lose weight. It will help you retain water and that ='s more weight. Like eat big said "do cardio in the morning before you eat," it helps jumpstart your metabolism and you'll burn more calories throughout the day.
On the days you lift do high reps/high sets i.e. 3-5 sets at 20-30 reps. Pick a weight that is easy to moderate but don't over do it. Stick to basic exercises. You know your body the best so listen to what it tells you.
Consume 5-6 smaller meals a day and be conscious about serving sizes. Keep track of kcals consumed each day.
If you want to supplment try something like lipo6. Stacking with ephedrine will increase you results and help suppress your appetite. The ECA stack is common and it works but do your homework on it.
Try to weigh and measure your body once a week. It's a good way to track your progress. And get plenty of rest.
I have seen this method used many times with success. Good Luck.
