I Need Some Advice Please *inside*

Basically I have always been a athlete my whole life. I Played college ball and now that I am out of college and inactive(sports wise other then the gym) I am started to lose muscle and so forth. I am 5'10 180. I have never tried steroids ever. I wanted to know of some thoughts and recommendations if I dsecided to take that route. I am really worried about myself health wise because of the whole stigma that "steroids" comes with. I want to tone up basically. Not get bodybuilding huge at all. I have a buddy who can get a hold of winstrol and some other stuff but before I commit to this, I want to know what Im getting into and what is right for me and safe. I am not doing this to get women, it is more of a self thing for me. I am not use to losing muscle and seeing fat. I go to the gym regularly but I know that your diet is around %70 of how you look. So I would love to know of any good diet books and so forth for this if I decide to go through with it.

If you're starting to lose muscle, you're doing something wrong. Fix what you're doing wrong, and then steroids will be an option.
 
yea the losing muscle thing sounds weird bro. but i'll tell it like this winstol is very mild while it is a 17aa meaning its toxic for the liver but only if you abuse it. the key word is abuse. i have a good friend who ran the shit for 2 years straight and only hurt his bp and cholesterol not his liver, so i am suspect about its toxicity. with that said don't fucking try that he is a dumbass, but if you take it at a suitable dose for 6 weeks or so you will not harm your body more than going and boozing for a week in cancun. just run some tylers liver detox. steroids are so overrated as far as harm to your body. aids patients are given doses of dbol 50mg ed for months at a time to keep their appetite and they have no liver damage.
run the winstrol for 6 weeks 50mg ed. i would run some test for 12 weeks if i were you though and hit the winny at the end, you have to be able to find some test
 
Ok grea tthanks. I did not mean losing muscle as in actually losing it but when i see fat gained and my muscle going away i freak out u know? Btw i was told to try winny out so i am thinking of doing that.
 
SCDave, it sounds like your just looking to tone up. You don't need steroids to do that. I get the feeling that your diet isn't exactly in order, since ur going to the gym but still seeing fat gains rather then muscle.

Jump on the diet and exercise board to get some tips on what you should/shouldn't be eating. Aslo when you should/shouldn't be eating. Check out some exercise/cardio programs while ur over there.

I'll bet that in 3 months (which is the average time for a beginner test cycle) you will see the results that you're looking for without steroids. Besides, steroids are going to help u lose the fat that you're beginning to see
 
ya bro what does your diet consist of? in a matter of a few weeks im already down about 10-12 lbs. clean clean eating and minimal use of legal, and one illegal (be research) drugs/ clen.
 
)Well my diet consists of more sandwiches(turkey,tuna so forth) and sometimes pasta rather then anythinbg else...I try and stray away from fast food but at times i end up eating it. I re4ally need to get some sort of diet going. I have been to tons of gyms to get diet plans and so forth but none have worked the way I want it. I am always interested in trying new diet palns u know? I really have not gotten a good idea of what is good form me and so forth.
 
Working out prevents muscle loss... are you SURE you're actually losing muscle? You could just be gaining fat, and thinking you're losing it. But if you work out and get enough protein in your diet, and you REALLY ARE losing muscle, you need to see a dr. quick!!!

SOOOOOOO, head on over to the diet board. Everything you need is there :) you don't need any steroids.
