i am just wondering about foods with good carbs. i am trying to bulk up and i am wondering what carbs to eat. and when should i eat them.

thanks

It depends... but I think it's safe to say that the best carbs to eat are : plain oatmeal, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, whole bread, whole wheat pasta. Eat at least 3 grams of carbs per pound of body weight to start. If you are not gaining weight after two weeks bump up your intake to 4 grams or more until you're gaining at least 1 pound per week. Eat 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. When bulking I eat carbs at every meal. Eat a minimum of 6 meals/ day, 8 is ideal.
