I'm 190 now, and less cut (still have a six pack and the side ridges - but my arms are smaller), but I fit my clothes and feel better in terms of mental state and cardiovascular health.
I don't get bloody noses anymore, and my nasty ass shoulder acne has finally gone away.

LOL - what suprises me are the number of people that weren't bothered by it at all.
but in the end, I hated it and still do, so I'm glad not to have it.

I no longer feel my pulse in my head all the time, and I now refuse to have sex with the couch, no matter how good it looks.

I don't have little tiny red marks all over me, and I spend waaay less money now

Hmm, doesn't sound all that bad.

I'm lucky in that I never really got acne as a teen, so I don't get it now.

But I can feel my pulse in my pinky toes.

The only thing that sucks is I'm a bleeder, so all my undergarments have teeny red stain on the sides of them.

like the time I pulled out of my ass and blood was just spraying out. I just stood there with it spraying on my hand (so it wouldn't get all over my computer stuff) and thinking, hmmm, wonder how long this will last... warm... bubbly.

I have very little bleeding these days... none really.
hell, at this point I don't even do low carb or supplements.
I will start getting back into a proteinfactory shake at least once a day pretty soon, but other than that, I feel really good now (the low carb diets made me more retarded than I normally am)

With federal presence being what it is today, I doubt you're going to get an open answer being a newbie, even via PM.
