I Need Help With My Avatar

Someone please help me add an avatar. I have a picture, but I can't get it down to 100 x 100 pixels. Am I doing something wrong here?

You can't "resize" in paint, you can only crop. That's how I got it down to this small. But you can only drag from the bottom right corner, so I'll drag myself out of the picture if I make it any smaller.

Look down at my left leg. It's hanging out of the bottom of my shorts. No, really, this is a different picture. The one you speak of is in the pictures of men board.
