I need help on my 1.st Deca cycle

I need some help here, i'm 150lbs, 5 feet ten and 20 years old. I've been lifting for two years and have seen nice gains, but now i want to speed things up a bit. To be a bit stronger and more massive so that chics wil notice me (i'm not particularly good looking, so i figure that a well trained body can help me on this).

It is, however, of the utmost importance that no-one can tell i've been on the gear. So i figured i'd go on a six week deca cycle, doing only 150-200mg pr. week.

Would this be a good idea? will i need anti estrogene (like clomid or something), and will i be able to keep some gains? Any ideas on how i can get hold of deca in norway?

I'm most happy for any replies. ( i need this badly)
 
At 20 years old and only lifting for 2 years you still have lots of natural growth in you. You should wait before you do the deca.
 
if you were to do a cycle, add some test or you dick won'
t work most likely. start with like 500 mg of deca a week and 500 mg of test a week. Add some dbol 30mg a day for the first four weeks if you want to gain weight.
 
DEca alone has never worked for me, add test or Dbol if you want to bulk and Winny if you want little solid gains and definition
 
i have no intentioin of flaming, but did you guys happen to miss the part where he said, "It is, however, of the utmost importance that no-one can tell i've been on the gear." and you suggest d-bol? is that necessary? all this talk of first time users using d-bol and test is bullshit. there is no need for it. first off, if this kid uses d-bol, it will be BLATANTLY obvious he is on juice, and then add test? come on guys, use your brain!!! one's body can not keep or maintain such drastic changes in weight anyways. you are setting these kids up for disappointment. i say take it step by step. do a cycle, gain 10-15 lbs of qualitly muscle over the course of an 8-12 week cycle, then take some time off, then try it again if need be. this also goes back to another recent post, NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO BE A FREAK!!! he said he wants to attracte the ladies, he DOES NOT need, nor want b-bol OR test for that. deca, EQ, winny, Primo are sufficient. learn to understand this.

sounds reasonable, but its rea-aly important that i dont get any side affects, and its pretty hard to get good gear here in norway. since this is my 1.st cycle i wanna try something light, like deca, for starters and see what results i get.

btw: whats the chance of getting gyno from deca?
 
I would do just a little bit of test. If you don't want anyone to know you are on gear, it will have to be a very mild cycle. Just take a single shot of Sust250 a week for 8 weeks, and you might gain about 8-10 lbs. Add a little Primobolan (if you can get your hands on some up there) at 200mg a week and you will have some quality muscle that you should be able to keep post cycle. You will not have any side effects at such a low dose.
 
I thank you for your replies, but there are a few things i still cant figure out.

1. What possible side effects could occour from a 8 week 200mg/week deca-cycle? Gyno? Bal| shrinkage? Hair loss?

2. Does deca aromatize? if so be, what can be taken to avoid this.

3. What gains can i expect to see, i'm only 145lbs, and i dont want it to be too obvious that i've been on the gear.
 
You don't want people to notice...?! That's the whole idea, that's why we take the chances we do in order to obtain & use it.

Use protein & creatine. At your age and experience level, and putting all those restrictions on what AS can and can't do for you, you may as well not even bother. At 5'10" and 150 lbs, people are going to notice even slight H20 retention combined with some LBM gains. Really, you should hold off until you can make a more serious and committed effort to it, also the extra mass and experience you develop in the meantime will be important if you decide to use AS long term.

150mg Deca-only per week---waste of good gear and a bad way to introduce yourself to AS. You may respond to it somewhat, but why? You can also get sides from it (though not likely). You will probably see just as good gains if not better by taking 150-200g Protein per day and 5-10g of Creatine & committing yourself to a good training program.
 
Pimpin: sounds reasonable, i just bought loads of proteine and creatine and grape sugar. I'm gonna try to up my training a bit and focus more on my diet.

This may be a bit on the side, but will glutamine really do me any good? I think i've decided to wait at least one year before doing the juice, so i've got lots to spend on supplements. i've hear that crea, proteine and glutamine are the three major sup's, what else is recomended?
 
Very mature response, and intelligent.

Protein, Creatine, Glutamine and a multi vitamin is a great start. Maybe add some flax seed oil to your diet, and start eating right---5-7 meals a day, lots of good, clean calories, and plenty of H20. Take your creatine immediately post workout and have a protein shake within 30 min-1hour after. Have a protein shake first thing in the a.m. and right before bed if you're trying to add mass. Find a good, low volume workout routine like Max-OT ( http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/max-ot_intro.htm ) & focus on getting stronger with your compound lifts (Bench, squat, DL, Military, ect). Sleep, H20 intake, and avoiding bad habits will help as well. You will benefit a great deal more from AS by taking this approach and waiting at least a year. Stay on the board, you'll learn alot.
