I'm 6'1, 150 pounds and skinny. I don't work out and am just starting to change my diet to eat a bit healthier and eliminate excess sugar from my diet.
What I'm looking for is a good Multi-Vitamin to take that will keep me healthy cause I definetely don't eat whats required. As for what results I'm looking for....more energy/alertness/concentration/feeling good etc.
I'm also looking for a supplement to build muscle. I don't work out and am not ready to start. So I'm wondering if there's any pills that will build muscle without working out. I've been reading up on Creatine and it looks good, I'm wondering if that's what I'm looking for?
If you can answer my questions and pass on reccomendations as well as any additional info that would be great. Thanks in advance.
P.S. I don't have a lot of money so expensive products are out of the question.
