Ok, I've got a friend -- probably the best guy I know. Honest, good morals, funny as hell, outgoing, highly intelligent, etc. He's my age (25), and has a great job and all that good stuff. The only problem is...is well, he's not the most attractive guy.
Being unattractive is about 60% his fault. He doesn't work out or watch what he eats, doens't really take care of his skin, etc. The other 40% is just shitty genetics.
He doesn't complain much, but I know he wants a girlfriend, and well...I love the guy, but no halfway decent girl is gonna go near him. His other problem is that his standards are a tad too high, but let's just concentrate on the physical for now.
I wanna help him out, but how the heck do I go about it? I keep telling him he should get into the gym, just for healths sake, but that's not motivating him.
As with most less-than-perfect people, he's sensitive about his appearance. I don't want to say flat out "You're gross to look at, and unless you lose 50 lbs and quit being a slob, you're never gonna get a girl".
Ideas?
