what list,,,,,come on guyes,,,,,,,,,everybody tells me to go another site or ask him or what not, im sick of getting scamed man. Can't a mod or a guye here who is trusted just give me his e-mail so i can give him the source, so that he could check it out for me?

This is crazy, you complaine you get scammed, then post to the whole board for someone, apparently anyone, to e-mail you and give you their e-mail address so you can run a source by them. Hell, 90% of the mails you get will likely be from scammers. Please use some common sense.
