I Need Diet Help From A Vet!!

I need some advice to help me fine tune my diet. I'm currently 5'11 229lbs. around 27% BF and 29yrs old. Jan. 1st. of this year I was 241 1/2lbs. so I'm making deceint progress of cutting down to my target weight of 205lbs.

I'm eating roughly 2400 calories a day and eating 210g. of Protein a day. So if each gram of protein has 4 cal. in it that comes to 840 cal. for 210g. of protein, so that leaves me with 1560 calories left per day to play with.
how should I use the rest of those calories to ration out carbs and fat? I don't want to cut carbs out too low because I've done that in the past and it leaves me feeling and looking to flat. I'm eating 6 meals a day and lifting Mon. Wed. Fri.
and doing cardio on Tues. and Sun. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

2400 calories
250 x 4cals= 1000
200 x 4cals= 800
70 x 9cals= 630
TOTAL cals= 2430 cals

250g protein= 41%
200g carbs = 33%
70g fat = 26%

You need to eventually lower your carb intake by modest amounts. When you do this, raise protein and fats to compensate your calorie intake.
