Alright guys. I want to hit my woman up for a christmas guitar.
I am mediocre guitarist, mostly into deathmetal/thrash. I will occasionally want a clean sound too for jazz and classical showpieces for rare times. I play left handed. I was thinking, because of the Slayer love, of ESP guitars. I also like that AC/DC sound that Angus has, so maybe . . .
Throw up so makes and models to match the above stats, all you guitar gurus. Stuff that might match the sound and feel I want.
I need to go for $1000 or less. Look is flexible, but I'm not too much for flying Vs or plastic catastrophes. I like the LesPaul kinda look, visually.
