I Need Answers About Primo...

I'm looking into doing a moderate first cycle and could use some advice.

I'm 41, 6 ft 185 lbs. I tend towards pudge, but after a couple of Body For Life cycles I'm pretty lean and fit, and want to bump up my body to another level.

My priorities are definition, hardness. and avoiding side effects. Bulking is not my numer one goal.

Would cycle of Primo by itself at about 300 mg a week help me reach these goals?

Would I need Clomid at the end?

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
 
it's not that simple answer, it depends on allot of things (body type,diet ,and trainig ruitine to name a few).
a LONG cycle of 300mg could give u slow but useally nice gains. and if you've got your cardio and diet right u'd lose fat.

i myself think that primo by it self is to weak, but if your looking for the slow and low kind of gains, u could enjoy it.:privateey
 
Hi, I did my first cycle at about 48 or 49, soon to be 51.

At your age 10-12 weeks of primo at 400mg per week with good diet, rest and excellent workout routine, will give you very positive results.

With primo you can workout on a low or high calorie diet and still make gains.


I would recommend, having nolvadex on the side, But very, very doubtful that it will be necessary and HCG post cycle.
 
Why the nolva? Primo doesn't aromatize. If he's running it alone he shouldn't have any problems.
I'd say if you're not a serious athlete and you just recreationally work out, a primo only cycle would be a safe choice.
