If you've never done it before, start at .25 cc per calf to determine how you react to it.
If you tolerated the sides ok, you can bump it to .5 cc per calf as soon as a couple of hours later after the sides are gone from the first injections.
You can keep that up and finish with .75 cc for the fifth set if you handled the .5 cc ok, or else go back and hit the first spot again with the last .25cc.
Some don't respond well at 1 cc, but if you can walk, and the sides are ok you could also pyramid straight up and do .25 cc, .5 cc, .75cc, and a final 1cc per calf to finish it off.
