at the bar where I work, we actually have police presence (i.e. two uniform officers standing outside) to lure away the gang bangers and stuff like that. ALso, they stopped playing Hip Hop and Rap music on the weekends. It was getting really seedy in there at night *(bar stays open till 4am).
