I Lost All My Gains!

No matter how much i eat, no matter what i take i still lose weight.. After 2 months of 3-6 hours of football a day i lost 20 pounds... Im still stronger/bigger then what i started with but im back to what i weighed.. kinda depressing :( i think its time for another cycle...
 
Have you lost body fat or lean body mass??
Chances are your working your ass off and sweating alot while playing football. Your either overtraining or real close to it.
Try and get more rest and more sleep. Take and measure your body fat so you'll have a reference point.
 
Sucks. I just had surgery myself... in the damn hospital for 2 weeks... lost 10 friggin pounds. Gotta keep fighting bro... just keep on fighting!

There is no way in hell you are going to keep your gains while working out 3-6 hours a day with football. I never understood why football coaches beat the shit out of their players and make them lose muscle mass for a game that is only one hour long and not that exhausting.

I mean, I used to play D-line and I never got tired. What the fuck did I need all that running for?

If I were you, I would hold off on the cycle until football is over. Let you gains solidify and then you will be less apt to lose them later.
 
go with winny and primo and test prop while in football.youll feel sensational.:D :mix: test will help maintain a little muscle and the winny will help you get freakin ripped with all that sprinting and sh*t:rolleyes:
