i take a nap pretty much everyday after everyone goes home for the day since i work from 2-10pm. i'm in a room all by myself so i just pull up a chair in front of me, stretch my legs out, and crash for about 30 minutes or so.
jerkbox - that's a tough move to pull off. i always start jerking and doing minor convulsions as i'm falling asleep and then it's totally obvious what i'm doing.
