I used to lift every day after school from 7th grade until 11th grade. After that I didn't have a gym close by, so I quit lifting then. I thought I looked "ok: 6', 185, about 10%gf, with 16" guns, I was 16 then. Fast forward to present day.... I started lifting again this past June. I was 6', 200lbs, about 20% BF. I was motivated as hell and still am. I won't be quitting this time damnit! I paid for three years at my gym in advance ($400) to give myself another reason to keep it up. I have always been natural, and haven't taken AAS yet. I am going to stay natural for at least a year and then after all this time of reading the informative posts by you guys, I should be ready for that first Test/DBol/Deca cycle (12 weeks) and follow up with the appropriate closing meds (Proviron, Clomid, HCG, Ameridex,etc, you know the routine). Today, I am 6', 251lbs, about 12% BF with 18" guns. I gained 51lbs and lost 8% body fat in 6 months!!!!!! My diet isn't really clean, but I run with about 300g of protein a day. I think the insulin I take might have a bit to do with the weight, as I am a diabetic. I need to start hitting my wheels harder, as they are lagging behind a bit. I will keep you guys updated on my progress every now and then
