Same here, I try not to over do it though.
 
I ate bad stuff tonight: wonton soup, 2 egg rolls, sweet and sour pork, szechuan beef, chicken fried rice

ate 1/2 of each of the orders of pork and beef at dinnertime along with wonton soup/eggrolls/fried rice, then consumed the rest of the pork and beef along with fried rice an hour after training this evening.

It was damn good. I felt a wee bit sluggish on my way to the gym, but felt great by the time I was done warming up. Had a really good workout, chugged down a whey shake, and then drove home thinking about how great it was going to be to finish off the food. :)
 
I try to get the majority of my protein from meat, but a whey shake immediately upon waking and immediately after training are a must IMO.
