I cheat like a mother f****r everyday! ....and I’m still seeing great results. I eat ice cream, chips, you name it, and I’m getting results.

I’m dead serious.

Anybody know why? Coz I sure as hell don’t.
 
Obviously, your one of the lucky ones with a great metabolism and you're not eating enough of the bad stuff to do you much harm. I wished I could be so lucky.

yeah, my last meal is a protein shake before bed. but it always turns into a milk shake with protein and vanilla and peanut butter, and then i eat another heaping of ice cream with butterscotch. yum!
that and during the day i crave so much i have to do something to keep me sane
 
haha screw you! I eat so strict every day it is rediculous, and train hard for a few hours a day and dont see gains as much.

I should clarify something. I don’t eat junk food everyday of my life. Usually it’s a 2-3 week bender where my diet goes to hell, but my training stays the same...and my figure continues to improve.
 
I think we all hate you. Not really, you're just very lucky. The rest of us fight genetics. In my 20's and early 30's, no problem.....I could eat anything and not gain an ounce. Now at 42+, the ice cream I have at the movies sits right out there at my belly. I'm doing my best not to end up like my dad - strong, but pot bellied. I work like crazy at it.

Well I'm 27 Y/O...so who knows. I was a string bean as a child and got made fun of all the time. Boys used to call me brick wall coz I was so flat chested. Then in grade ten BANG I grew boobs and a nice round bum. I’ve always been in pretty good shape, so maybe it is genetics.
 
We grow 'em hot and feisty here in Canada - but yeh, you're in the minority - if I wander off my diet for more than a week or two it's pudge city.

I think you might be my sister!!! Seriously, I do this too. I'll go for like 2 weeks with a clean and healthy diet, and then I'll go about 2-3 days of shit. Shit = beer, icecream, and cokes. Hell, 2 or 3 nights ago, I ate like a pint of chocolate swirl vanillia ice cream before bed!!! I about freaked out about it, but I haven't seen any harm yet. Oh yea, I'm on the clean diet cycle right now.
 
I give myself cheat meals every now adn then, but like in the middle of eating it or RIGHT after, I want to puke it up, eww, I feel so fat and nasty, after eating all this good stuff all of the time...I think Iam not going to cheat anymore.

Really? Seems like you're too hard on yourself. I guess a little bit of guilt is understandable, but feeling nasty and fat and wanting to puke it all up sounds a little harsh
 
I do not mean to feel this way, I have a huge sweet tooth, I LOVE cheesecak, icecream, cake, brownie, name it, but I feel like shit after I eat it. I don't feel so bad from a greasy burger (NOT fast food--but a greasy american diner or soemthing, austin has many of them)--but sweets make me feel like I lost much.
