That's true, though in school you buy the cheap stuff and forget about the quality things in life like a good whiskey.

Beauty of being Scotland is that things that are considered high priced here are base priced malts over there. Was a great time paying very little to try really good whisky.

Yes but he who is afraid to fail only dooms himself to failure of the spirit. Character not withstanding no man judging can within himself see the light of his own decisions.

Not sure the answer you were looking for but I've had close to a liter of whisky so far!

1liter in 8hrs is about 4ounces a hr. Thats like a double every 30 mins. A person can hardly get drunk on that. Just a nice buzz.

Probably only had two or three drinks in the first three hours. Then got serious about it. Also I was drinking cask strength part of the time at close to 120 proof so it was more like 1.5 times a normal amount.:) Plus there was beer as well. I'm amazed that I don't really feel that bad today.

When I use to drink whiskey was my weakness. I always mixed it 50/50 though with pop. Not on the rocks. I always seemed to get to rowdy, and my accent would start to show lol
