I have no idea where to begin .I appreciate any help

I have no idea where to begin.I did buy the ebook " Chemical Muscle Enhancement" which I'm going to read,I'm trying to get experienced advice from people who have already been doing it .I'M A 45 YEAR old male 6'2" tall & weighs 210 lbs. I want is to lose weight gain muscle & look firm & trimmed. Can anyone please help me get started?. I am some what impatient at the moment. I want to get started right away. I am highly motivated but don't know where to begin. The usually questions as where to get them etc. Thanks any help much appreciated

I'm 6'2" myself, 195lbs or so.

I suggest reading up on this site. Use your platinum search in the specific forums to start covering all bases. The foundation will be a solid diet that is low in simple sugars and saturated fats and higher in protein with a moderate dose of complex carbs and healthy fats.

Then you need a solid training plan, if you are trying to burn fat I'd suggest some cardio 2-3 times a week along with strength training 2-3 times per week. For you the 8-10 rep range would likely be ideal since you are in slimming and toning mode, this is a very individual thing though and different people respond to different numbers of reps and even different body parts may respond differently.

Supplements of any type come last, you can get most if not all of your goals met with a solid diet and training plan.
