I have never really done cutting.....need some help

about 2.5 yrs ago, i decided to lose weight......i had been big all my life, pretty unathletic......i lost 75 pounds over the course of a year by just simply eating healthier.....nothing strict like a cutter diet or anything, along with weight training and cardio.....

i decided to start lifting and got pretty big pretty quick, i have one week left of prop and i am planning on doing a cutter after i finish my derm sustain in 4 weeks after my cycle....

i have a diet planned, fruit first 4 meals of the day and then lean protein and veggies at night, not counting the whey protein during the day..... and i know i should keep protein high to conserve muscle......i am planning on takin lipoflame ..

my question is....what should my training look like......i am expecting to significantly drop my bf but i want to keep as much size and strength as possible......any suggestions???

so your an endo? id do cardio 45 minutes every day 7 days a week if your an extreme endo.....

cut carbs out of nightime

get your macoronutrient ratios planned out

you are going to lose size unlesss your on heavy aas

this is just inevitable.....

Go with high rep, intensity, low rest between exercizes

need more help?

IMO, starchy carbs(wheat/oats/brown rice etc.) + proteins for the 1st 3 meals including natural sugar (fruits)fructose, lactose (if you dont get bloat) etc. if you keep taking starchy carbs, your lifts wont get affected.

last 3 meals- fibrous carbs+ proteins+ EFA

as long as your total protein calories intake dominate the total calories consumed, cutting would be easy without muscle loss.

40 protein , 40 carb, 20 fats should do the trick

plus you are on AAS, you can lower carbs, saturated fats even more without muscle loss.

well while on my cutter, i wouldnt be on AAS......and ghost.....im not an extreme endomorph.....and quite frankly, i just dont have the time to figure out and abide by my macros man.....i wish i did, new girl in my life, school, work, you know how it is man....

i heard from a good bro that fruits for the 1st four meals due to the fact that theri water based keeps metabolism thru the roof.....and lean proteins, fibrous veggies at night settles the stomach allowing for a good nights sleep......

i was planning on doin high intensity cardio mon wed fri along with weight training......and thursday, and sunday 45 min cardio along with weight training as well.......what do you think of that ghost??

oh yeahh.....BUMP
