It makes me lazy I don't wanna do anything my social life is kinda fucked up now. and sometimes I miss out on my workouts and my cardio is not as good as I use to. After eating right and taking multivatimins it helped but it's still pretty bad and embarrassing sometimes. What I don't want is me bench pressing one day and then pass out while benching then I'm fucked. Any tips ?!
