i dont have much salt at all, ive have started to add sea salt to my food..is this ok? Wont i get bloated w an increase of salt though?
i was also wondering about being anemic. I dont eat read meat, but do eat eggs, and plenty of green vegies. I had by blood tested, not directly for iron, but apparently my red blood cells were at a good level - is this a good enough indicator to tell that im not suffereing from anemia?
