I swear I have add or something,I need to be doing something otherwise I get tired, my usual routine is wake up around 11am, eat,veg out go on elite,maybe do some chores if there is anything to do,grab a nap for 2-3 hrs,wake up eat train,come home shower eat,nap 1-2hr, wake up around 9-10,go out with friends or veg here till about 2,then crash.I eat a few more times in there but those times are on a whim,not set in stone
