depends on your insurance. some require a referral first from a doc, others don't.
just call up one in the area and ask them about it, they deal with it all the time and can help work it out.

You might want to try my home "shock" therapy approach. Take two forks and jam one each into different electrical outlets and shout, "I am a thunder god!" Hang on as long as you can.

Usually when you wake up you feel pretty good.
