I hate shopping for shorts!

Went to Tilly's this weekend to pick up some cute, low rise short shorts...well, I guess they are made for little girls with big waists and stick legs! I have this problem with jeans too...the waist is toooooooo big and the legs/ass is toooooooo tight!

Any suggestions for shorts for my booty/legs?!;) I know, I know...go for the stretch style! Please let me know where to get them too!

Thanks!

I FEEL your PAIN!!!!!! I can never find pants/shorts that fit right. If anyone can point us in the right direstion let us know!!!! I wonder if J.Lo's clothing line night work? ;)

I actually have good luck with Old Navy shorts. They have about a 3" inseam and sit nicely on my hipbones. I don't have a monster booty, but it ain't small (my measurements - hips 35", thighs are 22")! Plus, they aren't expensive.

Good luck! :)

Know what I do? I get old jeans and cut 'em. Have yet to try Old Navy, though.

I too have a small waistline (24-25 inches) and a bootay.

Low rise?

I cut off a couple pairs of my low rise pants/jeans that just didn't seem long enough to me; they work great as cutoffs though.

I buy these "cheerleader" shorts by Soffe. They are short but not short-short. I still think my ass is too big for shorty-shorts.

LOVE those shorts. They are all I workout in. I swear I have every color! lol Plus, they are only like $15 for 2 pair.

Hmm, the waist is too big and the butt is too small?

:google: :twirl: :flash: :sperm:

Um, BTW, Nate doesn't read your threads does he? :dodgy:
Oh I'm sure I'll see a comment or two from him! He likes to chime in and make booty smackin' jokes! It's kinda like therapy for him (and me ;))

Thanks for the ideas guys! Those cheerleading shorts look good for working out and just lounging around. I'd really like to get some cute jean shorts too.

MBH, they don't have a store listed in my area...:( Guess I'll have to wait.

Old Navy? Really. The only thing is the quality issue...they'd probably only be good for one season, but the price is probably right.

I actually have Old Navy shorts (and pants and shirts...) I have had for a couple years. As a poor graduate student, I buy a lot of clothes there because they are less expensive, and I have NEVER had a quality issue. Even their $2.50 rubber flip flops hold together great and have lasted several summers (and that is all I wear in the Las Vegas heat!).

But maybe I am just lucky.... :)

cheerleader shorts?

gimme an "A"

gimme an "S"

gimme an "S"

whats that spell?

SMIZACK!!

who cares that it spells...thats what should be done!

btw on the "hardtail" line....the models are all twigs!

theres always the "sans" brand of shorts. :D sans shorts is the best.

I've never had a quality issue with old navy either. I buy up all the $10 t-shirts that have NO glitter and NO giant logo on them. The jeans are great too, even if the "short" ones are still too long.

Okay, i went to Old Navy on my lunch break and bought a pair of khaki short shorts (3 1/2" inseam). They are cute and comfy! They were only $16 after tax! Woo-hoo! Too bad they didn't have any denim my size...only size 2 and 20! Yikes!

You know, now that you know what size fits you: you can shop on their online site.

Ah, how I love shopping online :D
