I have to get up and get ready for work at 8am.. and my internal clock is set to not sleep untill .. well.. I'm still up.. Is there anything I can do to get up easier? Maybe something I should take when I get up to actually get me up? Maybe a ECA stack?
I'm used to now getting 8-10 hours of sleep. and this is going to end up being about 3.. Man i better get up..
