I hate my internal clock!

I have to get up and get ready for work at 8am.. and my internal clock is set to not sleep untill .. well.. I'm still up.. Is there anything I can do to get up easier? Maybe something I should take when I get up to actually get me up? Maybe a ECA stack?

I'm used to now getting 8-10 hours of sleep. and this is going to end up being about 3.. Man i better get up..

I don't think i made it to a class before 12 in college.

My complete and utter disgust for 8am start times degraded my relationship with the boss in my last job to the point where they shit canned me. Seriously, who the fuck wants to fight all the traffic at 7:30 and 5:30?

I finally decided that it wasn't worth fighting anymore. Now i work independently from home. Normally i am up for about 24 hours and then i sleep for 12. I love it.

Don't be a lemming. Don't sit in expressway traffic. Don't take a 1 hour lunch at noon. Don't let life become routine...
 
My part time job is only about a mile, to a mile and a half from my house.. lol.. and I don't have to be there till 10.. I just need to get up at 8 to have enough time to figure a way to make my BiHawk look "professional".. my boss definately won't stand for it being styled up...
 
the last time i woke up was sunday at 10am....somehow i haven't slept since. (maybe 2-3 40 minute dozes but they did more harm than good as far as im concerned)
