I hate cutting!!

I started cutting 10 days ago and at the moment im on winstrol alone at 100mgs ed. Ive already lost 1 rep on my bench and arms are down a quater of an inch.

I was doing so well the first 3 weeks, I was bulking up eating 4000-4200 callories and I put on 14 pounds and my bench went up 30 pounds.

At the moment im eating 2300 callories; 250g of protein 250g of carbs and 30g of fat.

can u guys tell me what im doing wrong??

btw, so far ive lost 10 pounds

try uppin the calories to 2800for 2 weeks, that will add a little bit more carbs into your diet and more protien, if you still are having trouble bump it up to 3000, but i wouldnt go much past that, it might take a little longer to cut but you shouldnt be in as much pain or at a loss, just my .02
